Alliances Department Responsibilities
Shall form Strategic Alliances with National BDPA, Corporations, professional
associations, and community organizations.
Shall develop programs/projects that will allow the chapter to double the number
of official corporate sponsors annually, while maintaining a 100% renewal rate for current sponsors.
Shall present a financial plan for the chapter to reap full benefits of the
501(c)(3) status; financial plan will include membership in federal government's combined Federal Campaign.
Shall work with the VP of Finance to nurture/support our Corporate Advisory
Council (CAC)
Shall work with the President & VP of Finance to secure two National Corporate
Sponsors ($5k+ level)
Shall submit a written monthly status report to the VP of Strategy & Planning.
Shall be a registered attendee at the National BDPA Conference
