Recruitment / Retention Department Responsibilities

 

Shall increase membership growth.

 

Shall establish membership drives and membership participation.

 

Shall create Member's handbook of BDPA structure, history etc. for each member

 

Shall creation of a Membership package for 'new members'.

 

Shall create template for following letters: Membership Renewal, New member, and Member Prospect.

 

Shall maintain chapter sponsored marketing campaign to introduce college students' awareness of BDPA.

 

Shall establish student chapter at local college

 

Shall conduct four membership drives to be held during the calendar year with documentation announcing the membership drive, roster of attendees at the drive, and identify members gained.

 

Shall support Career Development Director with any Job Fairs held by the chapter.

 

Shall attend BDPA supported events.

 

Shall submit written monthly status report to the VP of Membership Management.

 

Shall be registered attendee at the National BDPA Conference.

 

Shall be responsible for retaining 75% of our current members.

 

Shall create a template for following letters: Membership Renewal, New Member, and Member Prospect.

 

Shall conduct membership survey; document overall results; take actions based on survey results.

 

Shall encourage Multi-year membership renewal.

 

Shall establish and institute a Buddy System that promotes coaching/mentoring of new members.

 

Shall host the annual BDPA Cook-Out

 

Shall submit written monthly status report to the VP of Membership Management.

 

Shall be registered attendee at the National BDPA Conference.
