Chapter Organization Department Responsibilities
Shall provide quarterly report on chapter measurements to the board of directors,
Corporate Advisory Council and membership.
Shall sponsor a 'organization development' workshop for Chapter Officers and
Department Directors.
Shall be responsible to plan/execute the Annual Awards Banquet/Luncheon.
Shall establish and conduct the Reward/Award Recognition Programs.
Shall submit a written monthly status report to the VP of Strategy & Planning.
Shall be a registered attendee at the National BDPA Conference
